Free Sports Physicals for 2026–2027 School Year
Catawba Valley Health System is offering FREE sports physicals for all student-athletes preparing for the 2026–2027 school year.
Available Dates:
- Saturday, May 9th | Catawba Valley Family Medicine at South Hickory | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Wednesday, May 13th | Catawba Valley Family Medicine at Sherrills Ford | 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Athletes must sign up in advance using the QR code provided on the promotional flyer to reserve a time slot.
Important Reminders:
- Completed medical history forms with parent/guardian signature are required prior to arrival
- Athletes must be registered for a designated time slot
- Teams may coordinate group transportation (such as buses) by working with their Athletic Trainers (AT)
