💛 LIVESTRONG at the YMCA of Catawba Valley
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a free, 12-week small-group program for adult cancer survivors who are five years or less from diagnosis. Participants meet twice a week for 90 minutes at midday for exercise, community building, health education, and more.
